Visiting Ystad Saltsjöbad

Last weekend was all about celebrating a certain birthday girl. That meant going out for Aperol Spitz on Saturday night and driving to Sweden on Sunday to visit Ystad Saltsjöbad – a spa in the south of Sweden, that has been very popular on social media for quite some time now. The drive there takes app. one hour and it’s really easy to find. The location is pretty breath-taking with a gorgeous ocean-view – which you can enjoy from your hotel bed, the outside jacuzzi, the restaurant and – my personal favorit – the champagne bar. Having a glass of champagne in front of a gorgeous fireplace wearing my bikini and robe filled me with such inner peace and tranquility – and that’s actually been a while. I badly want to go back (plus they serve the best breakfast ever).

 

I’m wearing Mads Nørgaard jeans and knit, a Zara beanie and my new Celine heels – and yes, I admit, the shoes was only worn for the picture, I couldn’t be bothered with high heels at Ystad, but really wanted to show them to you. Much more about these in my next post.
